Write to hello@synapsesprint.com. One address covers everything: bugs, translation fixes, ideas for the ladders, questions about how a result is counted.

For a bug report

• the page address, and the game, level and mode you were on;
• the kind of device and the browser;
• what should have happened and what the screen showed instead; a screenshot is welcome.

We never see your scores: they live in your browser, out of our reach, so we cannot look them up or bring them back. Leave passwords and private details out of your message; a postcard rule works well.
